It features four genuine garnets, each in a different cut: a beaded millgrain-framed, bezel-set oval garnet on a textured, radiating gold heart; a bezel-set baguette garnet on polished smooth gold; a bezel-set square garnet on polished smooth gold; and a substantial pear-shaped garnet framed in beaded millgrain texture.
