Commission is tiered per item, based on its final sale price:

• $1,500 and under → you earn 60%
• $1,501 – $5,000 → you earn 70%
• $5,001 – $10,000 → you earn 75%
• $10,000+ → you earn 80%

Yes! If you have an heirloom or sentimental piece you're not ready to part with, we can redesign it into something new — a necklace, bracelet, ring, earrings, pendant and more — while keeping your original stones. We also offer gold melt trade-in: melt down the metal from your old setting, and we'll apply that credit toward your new piece. Our expert jewelry stylists would be happy to present design options and guide you through the process.

Yes! We can help replace and reset stones, size most rings smaller or larger, add jump rings to necklaces or bracelets, shorten or add length, repair or replace clasps, and more. Let us know what you need and we'd be happy to help.

If you're in the Southern California area, we can come to you. Schedule an appointment and one of our Jewelry Experts will visit your home to review your pieces in person, instead of you shipping them in or visiting our West Hollywood Showroom.

Every piece is authenticated by our GIA-certified Jewelry Experts before it's ever listed. Once you purchase, we clean and package your item in our jewelry pouch branded packaging and ship it to the address on your order. You have 72 hours after delivery to reach out if anything isn't right — after that, your purchase is final.

We handle everything once it sells — you'll get an email or text confirming the sale and your payout amount. We'll send payment via your preferred payout method within 72 hours. You can track your sales and earnings anytime by emailing us for a report at team@regem.co

You choose how you'd like to get paid — Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or check — when you submit your piece. Your payout is calculated based on our tiered commission structure and sent within 72 hours of your item selling.

We ship all packages insured via UPS ground shipping to addresses in the United States only — we don't currently offer international shipping. A flat $25 shipping fee applies to purchases.

Once your piece ships using our complimentary shipping label, or is in our possession, it's our responsibility. If something is lost, stolen, or damaged while in our care, we'll reimburse you based on the value you provided at submission.
