Welcome to ReGEM. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published on the website.

ReGEM is a curated consignment platform for fine jewelry. Consignors submit pieces for sale, and once accepted, our team authenticates, photographs, lists, and sells each piece on the consignor's behalf — handling the transaction with the buyer directly.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Providing accurate and current information
Updating your information when necessary
All activity that occurs under your account

ReGEM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or these Terms of Service.

Buying and Selling

ReGEM is a curated consignment marketplace. Consignors submit pieces for sale, and once accepted, ReGEM authenticates, photographs, lists, and sells each piece on the consignor's behalf.

Consignors are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about each piece at submission
Confirming they are the rightful owner of the piece and have the right to consign it for sale
Shipping accepted pieces to ReGEM within the required timeframe, using the provided shipping label
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Buyers are responsible for:

Reviewing listings carefully before purchase
Providing accurate payment and shipping information
Completing payment obligations associated with a transaction

Authentication and Verification

Authentication is a core part of the ReGEM experience.

Every piece submitted for consignment is reviewed by our in-house, GIA-certified Jewelry Experts before it is accepted and listed for sale. This review confirms authenticity, condition, and consistency with how the piece was described at submission.

If a piece does not pass authentication or differs significantly from its description, ReGEM reserves the right to decline the piece. Declined pieces are returned to the consignor at their expense.

Payments and Fees

ReGEM uses trusted third-party payment providers to process payments and payouts.

By using the platform, you authorize ReGEM and its payment partners to:

Process payments for purchases
Collect applicable fees
Distribute payouts to sellers
Handle refunds when necessary

Applicable selling fees, authentication fees, and transaction fees may change from time to time and will be communicated through the platform.

Returns and Reselling

Because many items on ReGEM are unique and authenticated, return eligibility may vary depending on the transaction.

If you are no longer interested in an item after receiving it, you may be eligible to resell the item through the platform according to ReGEM's current policies.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Sell counterfeit or unauthorized products
Provide false or misleading information
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to manipulate pricing or transactions
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Copy, scrape, or misuse platform content without permission

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, software, designs, and materials available on ReGEM are owned by ReGEM or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit platform content without prior written permission.

User Safety

Users are responsible for exercising caution when interacting with other users.

ReGEM does not guarantee the conduct, identity, or actions of any user and encourages users to report suspicious behavior immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

ReGEM does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to the platform
Error-free operation
Continuous availability of services
Specific sales results or item valuations

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReGEM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Use of the platform
Transactions between users
Authentication decisions
Service interruptions
Data loss
Third-party services
